Frequently Asked Questions
Can your allergies and sensitivities be successfully treated at home?
The Allergy Care Kit uses a clinically proven protocol that is highly effective in relieving the many symptoms associated with food and environmental allergies.
Why was the Allergy Care Kit created?
Dr Tomaya Weiser (Acupuncture) developed the Allergy Care Kit using her expertise gained over 14 years of clinical experience. Studying thousands of cases, she concluded that in many cases people presenting with similar symptoms often have the same food sensitivities and environmental allergies.
She created 5 different kits which include the most common allergens associated with specific symptoms. There is also the option of getting a custom made kit or a personalized one to include allergens that are catered to your individual needs.
The Allergy Care Kit protocol aims to reduce the stress in your different body systems, meridians and energetic body when coming in contact with a representation of the allergen. The basic food kit has 7 vials with common food allergens and each of the other kits contains 10 vials with common food allergens and/or environmental allergens.
How soon will I see results?
Most people respond quickly to the protocol and notice an improvement in their symptoms during or soon after they finish treating themselves for all the allergens included in the kit. In some cases you may need to treat yourself for the same vial more than once.
What are the most common symptoms addressed in the Allergy Care Kits?
Runny nose, sneezing, blocked nose, post-nasal drip, itchy watery eyes, coughing, wheezing, shortness of breath, bloating, reflux, indigestion, gas, diarrhea, nausea, skin rashes, hives, itchy skin, mood swings, headaches, fatigue and tiredness.
Can children be treated using the Allergy Care Kit?
Yes, absolutely. The Allergy Care Kit is safe and effective for people of all ages, including infants.
How long do I have to abstain from the allergen after desensitising myself to it?
You should avoid the substance treated for at least 3 hours after completing the treatment protocol. It is advisable to minimize contact with the allergen treated for 8 hours. However, we do realize that avoiding some allergens is not always possible.
Can a food intolerance be treated?
A true food intolerance is different from an allergy or sensitivity in that there may be an enzyme deficiency, which inhibits the body from properly digesting the substance. Many people confuse food intolerance with a food sensitivity.
Can I use the Allergy Care Kit if I have anaphylactic-type reactions?
The Allergy Care Kit is NOT to be used on people who experience anaphylactic-type reactions. Please avoid touching a vial that contains an energetic representation of an allergen that you know causes you anaphylactic symptoms.
If you have food and environmental sensitivities or allergies that do not cause you to have anaphylactic-type reactions, you can use the appropriate vials with the protocol to reduce your symptoms.
What is the difference between using the Allergy Care Kit and getting NAET treatments?
NAET or Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Technique only treats one allergen at a time in a specific order. Each treatment takes around 25 minutes and multiple treatments are needed. Often a few treatments are required to clear an allergy and you need to avoid the allergen for 25 hours after the treatment.
The Allergy Care Kit contains between 7 to 10 vials depending on the kit and together they cover many allergens as each vial often has more than one allergen group.
The treatment protocol only takes around 5 minutes. You get an instructed video that is easy to follow. You can do it in the comfort of your own home and you can repeat the treatments if necessary. One kit can be used to treat many people.
You only need to avoid exposure to the substance treated for 3 hours, yet some people will experience better results when staying away from the substance treated for 8 hours.
The Allergy Care Kit allows you to save time and money.
What type of laser is used in the Allergy Care Kits and what benefits does it have?
The kits include an FDA approved class IIIa 635 nm Red Cold Laser pen which has the same wavelength as the one produced inside the cells of the body. When used on acupuncture points it has a tonifying effect. Even though this laser is considered eye safe, it should never be used around the eyes and you should never look directly at the laser.
Is the Allergy Care Kit safe to use when pregnant?
We recommend that you avoid using the Allergy Care Kit while you are pregnant. You can use the kit on yourself and your baby once you’ve given birth.
Can I use the laser if I have a pacemaker?
If you have a pacemaker, we suggest using an alternative method to the laser on specific points. We explain that in detail in our protocol.
